Farm-to-table is an important movement that has to do with producing food locally and getting that food to local consumers. Here at Round Hill, we have a firm commitment to using locally grown, sustainable produce. We believe in educating both our guests and staff to help them develop a deeper understanding of the link between the food we eat and our health and well-being.

We focus on both bringing in the freshest organic ingredients from local farm communities and we prepare the food using healthy, ancient food-production practices.

The Organic Vegetable Garden at Round Hill

Round Hill is pleased to offer vegetables and herbs for our farm-to-table dinners fresh from our own organic vegetable garden. This on-site garden provides healthful ingredients for many of our dishes. The sustainable, locally grown produce from our vegetable and herb garden is just one of the ways we show our dedication to the farm-to-table movement.

We grow a wide range of herbs and produce including arugula, basil, mint, rosemary, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic chives, French oregano, fennel, and more. During your next visit, enjoy a stroll on the walking path or take a golf cart to the top of the bluff to see this expansive organic garden. We hope you can join us for a farm-to-table dinner or even a private chef’s lunch in the garden.

Join us for a farm-to-table dinner at Round Hill. Every Thursday and Sunday night, these memorable family style dinners feature a wide range of delectable dishes the whole family will enjoy. Start off the meal with appetizers such as organic pumpkin soup, roasted citrus beetroot, or pina colada grilled beaten conch. Next, feast on a delicious entrée like the Whitehouse grilled lobster tails, steamed local snapper, or “slow” pot roasted local beef. A range of vegetarian options are also available.
